Construction

Our temperature and humidity test chambers provide dependable performance under economical price. Each humidity test machine is durably constructed with thick metallic sheets. Outer housing has high wear resistance and is made of good quality thick mild steel sheet which is powder coated and painted. Inner portion is made of 304 grades stainless steel which is corrosion resistant and also allows users to wipe and clean easily. The double walls are Polyurethane (PUF) insulated for superior temperature stability.

Temperature

These humidity environment chambers provide temperature range between 5°C to 60°C. Temperature control is simple and done by electronic PID controller which shows set value and attained value, accuracy is excellent.

Humidification

Unlike traditional environmental chambers, we have removed water pan for humidification. We use bottom for water reservoir, inlet and outlet pipes are connected at rear side of the machine. We can also make arrangement of lifting the lid and pour water directly into the reservoir. Our humidity chambers also meet ICH guidelines.

Cooling

Cooling is achieved by cfc-free hermetically sealed ISI marked compressors. We use only known brand compressors for reliable stability.
